Getting approved is free and student-friendly! You will have to provide proof of ID and proof of sufficient funds to pay for tuition and living expenses.
We accept student-friendly sources of income such as I-20/DS-2019 (international students), financial aid, cosigners, part-time jobs, and college savings are all accepted.
If you’re the first roommate to book a room at a unit, roommate matching is based on your reasonable preferences.
If you’re joining a unit already occupied, you can review the profiles of the roommates to make sure it’s a match!
Lastly, if you want personal suggestions on the best places/roommates for you, ask your Housing Advisor. They knows our roommates best!
You can book a room as fast as 24 hours if you submit all your documents promptly and follow all the instructions!
RoomChazer is free to use. To book a room, you’ll have to pay an application fee and a security deposit. Your first-month’s housing payment is due before move-in.
Yes! RoomChazer helps property owners and landlords rent their properties to college students. Please send us a link to your listing so we can review it and see if it’s a good fit for onboarding.
