Why RoomChazer exists
Finding housing is stressful. Especially when you're from out of town, on a student budget, or only need housing for a few months. Scammers and bad roommates will also target you more as you're more vulnerable!
RoomChazer started with a simple idea: students, interns, and new grads moving to San Diego shouldn't have to struggle this much for trusted housing and normal roommate.... plus a real person to call when something goes wrong.
That's still what we do: every roommate is verified, every property has a track record you can check, and our contracts are affordable and flexible ( Fall-only contract).
